Dr. Scholl’s, which is part of the Yellow Wood Partners portfolio, has acquired VKTRY Gear in a transaction valued $92.5M.

This move comes as Yellow Wood identified VKTRY as a frontrunner in performance footwear, thanks to its pioneering line of carbon fiber technology products. The merger of VKTRY and Dr. Scholl’s is expected to create significant synergy, allowing both brands to further expand their market presence.
